Fell Foot Park - LOC Maprun Challenge Novice Courses

The Lakeland Orienteering Club Maprun Challenge is a series of novice anytime-orienteering courses to complete and capture using the Maprun app on your smartphone. 

All the Maprun Challenge courses are suitable for beginners to navigate by following line features such as paths, walls and fences.

Fell Foot Park is a fantastic park on the shores of Windermere with stunning mountain views and an adjoining meadow alongside the river. 

Please take extra care around the water and avoid road and parking areas.

Fell Foot Park White 2 course stays on the paths with controls at every path junction.  It is 0.7km in length with 14 controls to find.

Fell Foot Park Yellow 2 course follows paths and other line features.  It is 1.3km in length with 15 controls to find.

Fell Foot Park Orange 2 course has the option to cut corners between liner features.  It is 2.5km in length with 16 controls to find.
