Ennerdale Forest (F.C.)

There are three courses available at Bowness Knott.

The Short Easy is all on paths, with some uneven and stony sections.  You may have to step off the path to scan the code.

The Short Technical uses a lot of paths.  It also goes into the forest, which is very rough underfoot.  Leg protection advised.

The Long Technical uses paths and forest.  The forest is very rough underfoot in places.  Leg protection advised.  There is one stream crossing which can be difficult after rain.  If necessary, go the long way round by the forest road bridge.
