The courses start and finish at Elemore visitor centre. A waterproof double sided map will soon be available for purchase at the visitor centre, meanwhile you can download from this site. The pdf ddownload file has 2 pages - one for each course.
There are no markers on the ground as this is a virtual course. You will need to use the MapRun App on your phone (or other device).
When you are at the venue, you can look for "events near me" in the app. Else go to "select event" then - UK - Tyne and Wear and you will see Elemore Country Park. Free parking at the visitor centre.
