East Park

Hull's flagship park. East Park can be found on Holderness Road, East Hull.

Opened in 1887 to coincide with Queen Victoria's Jubilee Celebrations the park has been transformed over the years and boasts the historic splash boat, is home to the Ferens Boating Lake, a model boating pond and the animal education centre. A wide range of sports can be participated in, including a Parkrun.

The terrain is flat parkland. All the control sites are accessible by wheelchair and the pathways used are all hard-surfaced.

The park has an excellent cafe, with toilets; the opening hours can be found on the Active Hull Website
