Downs Banks (NT)

DOWNS BANKS

Downs Banks is located near Stone, 1mile off the A34, 4miles south of Trentham. The area is a mixture of open heathland and woodland. A small stream runs through the area with the heathland rising steeply on both sides.

Easy navigation - 2.3 km   

Moderate navigation - 2.9 km 

More difficult - 3.2 km

Please note the course is closed in April,

May and June for the birds nesting season. Organised groups (e.g. schools, scouts guides, TA) must first get permission from the National Trust, Merica Regional Office, Attingham Park, Shrewsbury SY4 4TP. Tel: 01743 709343
