Forest Race - Middle Distance - Yellow, Orange, Short Green, Green, Blue Standard Courses plus easy and hard score courses where controls can be collected in any order with a one-hour time limit - 1:7,500 - Virtual Event - Mobile phone beeps only, no visible controls in the terrain. Courses planned by Paul Gebbett. This is a technical area and physical area with steep slopes and crags in places, full leg cover and orienteering shoes/good trail shoes are recommended. Children are recommended to be accompanied due to the nature of the terrain.
