Directions to Car Parking:  From the Chester Road turn onto Cooks Lane, then turn North into Fordbridge Road.  In 30 metres, just past a basketball court you will find a small Car Park.

The Babbs Mill POC Map is a full colour A4 Orienteering Map with scale 1:7500 with contours at 2.5m intervals. There is a full key to the colours and symbols used on the Map.

The joint Start/Finish of both courses are at the North West end of the Car Park where a short path leaves.

There are 16 Controls with their Control Descriptions on the front of the Map.

The  suggested courses are Long 3.7 km using all 16 controls in numerical order. Orange Standard.

The Short course is 2.8 km using 10 of the 16 controls.  Yellow Standard.

On the back of the Map is the grid of boxes to put the code letter for each of the controls you have visited.
